I would like to ask the community this very simple question: what is the perfect camcorder for recording severe weather events? I know my answer, but I'll let other people decide for theirselves. Here is my list:

  • Portable
  • Lightweight and Durable
  • High-Definition (A plus)
  • Waterproof (A plus)
  • Good low light capability
  • Good optical zoom

That's just my list. Feel free to debate!

this setup all in all including the 2 year warrenty was 320 dollers but then again that beats the heck out of paying 2 thousand dollers for some of the camcorders on the market cause it just takes one slip of the hand  and your camera will get ruined then your out 2000 dollers if it is out of the warrenty time frame

it has a wide angle lcd

You heard 'bout the legend of Jesse James, an' John Henry just to mention some names.Well there's a storm  chasin' legend in the south today.A man called Donny, from  Atwater, Cee-A. Every storm  chaser knows his name. They swear he got ice blood runin' in his veins.A foot like lead, and nerves like steel. Well his truck jack-knifed, turned completly round,he was coming down backwards 'bout the speed of sound.Alot of folks seen him, and they all say he had his head out the window yelling, "Clear the way!"Well he got to the bottom, safe and sound,

and everybody asked Donny how he made it down. He said folks when the tornado picked up too much speed I just runned along beside it and drug my feet.
